Your Dog off Leash (10 minutes)

Public demand for recreational open space for dog owners is rapidly becoming a
top priority for park planners. This introductory video describes the variety of open
space concepts and the responsibilities dog owners have for using and maintaining
them. Courtesy, control and clean up are key themes. Your Dog off Leash can be used
effectively by those lobbying local governments for dog parks, as an educational tool
by kennel and obedience clubs, and as a public service presentation.

Adopting the Adult Dog (10 minutes)

Those who choose to bring an adult dog home have the advantage of avoiding
puppy training but are often confronted with different adjustment problems. Many
of these can be solved before the new dog comes home. Adopting the Adult Dog

offers training tips and ideas for general care that can help make the initial
adjustment period go as smoothly as possible. This video is ideal for shelters that
offer adult dog adoption as a means of reducing the numbers of dogs returned for
        behavior problems.

Making Friends With Dogs (10 minutes)

The target audience for this narrated, multi-image transferred to video presentation
is 6 to 12 year olds. The objective is to educate youngsters on ways to avoid
confrontations with loose dogs. The principal characters are African American
children, the setting is urban. The video comes with an activity guide for upper
        elementary teachers.

The Urban Dog Park (30 minutes)

This video takes you to dog parks from coast-to-coast.  See how other communities
build and maintain dog parks.  Steve Eltinge interviews dog owners from coast-to-coast
gathering ideas for you.  The pleasure of our canine friends as they take advantage
of community dog parks is reason enough to view this video.  If your city fathers are
on the edge of approving a dog park, this will convince them that it works!

We plan to keep grinding out these important communication tools so bookmark
this page and stop by regularly.
